Leadership

A builder's approach to growth

Allison Lawrence is a dynamic, results-oriented, inclusive and empathetic leader with a twenty-year portfolio of success driving strategic growth through data analytics, marketing prowess, and a relentlessly customer-centric approach.

As President of BLACK+DECKER at Stanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK), a $14B Fortune 250 corporation, she leads the revitalization of one of the most recognized brands in the American home — transforming BLACK+DECKER into a lifestyle hub spanning kitchen, home improvement, and cleaning. She directly oversees full P&L delivery alongside strategy and execution across innovation, new technology, product development, commercialization, engineering, and manufacturing operations.

Her path to the presidency ran through every discipline that touches the customer: channel and brand management, regional sales leadership, national accounts, and nearly three years as VP & Chief of Staff to the CEO — helping align and sequence enterprise strategy across the executive team of a global corporation.
